Facts that shape quotes
A few things make the quote we give you over the phone close to the number you'll actually pay. Tell us the door's size (single or double), whether it's one piece or sectional panels, and roughly how old it is.

Get in touch
Call 19312039508 and tell us what the door is doing - or not doing. We're at 5226 D6 Main St, Spring Hill, TN 37174, and you're welcome to stop by with a photo on your phone if that's easier than describing a noise over the line.
A few things make the quote we give you over the phone close to the number you'll actually pay. Tell us the door's size (single or double), whether it's one piece or sectional panels, and roughly how old it is.
Most houses around here were built between 1991 and 2013, with a lot of that stock going up in the early 2000s, so a huge share of the doors we quote are steel sectional with extension or torsion springs rather than the older one-piece style. If you know which it is, say so - it changes the parts we bring.
If the opener has a brand name visible on the housing, read it to us. If a spring has already let go, don't try to move the door by hand - just tell us whether it's stuck open or stuck shut. That alone narrows down half the job before we arrive.
Our limits
We won't give you a firm number for a broken spring, a bent track, or a cracked panel without seeing the door in person. Spring tension, track alignment, and panel damage all hide the real scope until someone's hands are on the hardware - a phone quote on those is a guess, and we'd rather tell you that than hand you a number we know is soft.
We also won't quote a full replacement over the phone just because a repair sounds expensive. Sometimes a torsion spring swap or a new roller set costs a fraction of a new door, and sometimes the frame or opener is far enough gone that replacement is the honest answer. We won't push one over the other before we've looked.
One limitation worth saying plainly: if a part is unusual or discontinued - which happens on doors going back toward the early 1990s end of the housing stock here - we may need to order it rather than carry it on the truck. We'll tell you that up front instead of promising a same-visit fix we can't back up.
Service area
We work in and around Spring Hill, including out to Thompson's Station (about 5 miles), Springhill proper just a mile WNW of our shop, and farther out to Chapel Hill and Eagleville (about 15 miles each) and Nolensville (about 20 miles). If you're outside that range, call anyway and ask - distance isn't always a hard no, it just changes scheduling.
Winters here fall into a cold-moderate band, which matters more for garage doors than people expect: springs lose a little tension in the cold, and openers with weak sensors act up on the first hard freeze of the season. That's a seasonal pattern we see across the service area, not a one-house problem.
We work on steel sectional doors, older one-piece doors, torsion and extension spring systems, openers, tracks, rollers, and cables. Give us the town and a rough description when you call, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-visit repair or something we need to schedule and order parts for first.
Questions
We can give you a range over the phone for simple jobs like a roller replacement or a remote reprogram. For anything involving springs, tracks, or panel damage, we need to see the door - tension and alignment issues don't translate well to a description over the line.
We cover Spring Hill and the surrounding area, including Thompson's Station about 5 miles out, Chapel Hill and Eagleville around 15 miles, and Nolensville about 20 miles. If you're near that edge, call and ask - we'll tell you straight whether it works with our schedule.
It can. A lot of the housing here dates from 1991 to 2013, and the sectional steel doors and torsion springs from that era are common parts we stock. Older one-piece doors need different hardware, so knowing roughly when your house was built helps us bring the right parts the first time.
The door's size, whether it's one piece or sectional, roughly how old the house is, and what exactly it's doing - won't open, makes noise, opener runs but door doesn't move. Any brand name visible on the opener housing helps too. The more specific you are, the closer our phone estimate gets to the final price.
