How to Reach Us

Call 19312039508 and you'll talk to someone who can look at your schedule and get a truck moving, not a call center reading a script. If it's a broken spring or a door stuck halfway up, say so when you call - that changes who we send and what's on the truck.

Our shop is at 5226 D6 Main St, Spring Hill, TN 37174. You're welcome to come by during business hours if you'd rather talk in person or need a part we carry on the shelf. We don't run a storefront with retail hours posted for walk-in browsing - this is a working shop, so calling ahead before you drive over saves you a wasted trip if the counter's not staffed.

A brick house with a dark gray garage door and tall trees.

After you call, we'll ask what the door is doing (or not doing), the brand if you know it, and roughly how old the house is. Houses in this area run from the early 1990s up through 2013 or so, with a lot built around 2002, and that era tells us a good deal about what opener and spring setup you probably have before we even get there.

What We Will Not Do

We don't replace a torsion spring system with a cheap off-brand unit just to save you twenty dollars on the part - on a double door that's carrying real weight through a Tennessee winter, the spring is the wrong place to cut corners. If your opener is old enough that parts aren't being made for it anymore, we'll tell you straight that repair isn't worth the cost and a new unit is the better call, even though that's the smaller job for us.

We don't do emergency vehicle extraction, home security installs, or general handyman work - doors, openers, springs, tracks, and panels are what we know, and we'd rather send you elsewhere for something outside that than guess.

We also won't promise a same-day fix on every call. Some parts, especially for older or less common opener brands, take time to source, and we're not going to tell you otherwise just to get the job booked. If that's the case, we'll say so on the phone before you take time off work for us.

What we find

Where We Travel

A blue house with a white garage door and pink flowering bushes in the driveway.

Our shop on Main St sits close to the center of where we work. Springhill itself is about a mile WNW of us, and that's usually the fastest call we run. From there we cover Thompson's Station five miles out, and push to Chapel Hill and Eagleville at about fifteen miles each. Nolensville, at twenty miles, is typically the farthest edge of where we'll send a truck same-day.

Across this service area there are roughly 8,100 households, about 6,105 of them owner-occupied houses, mostly built in that 1990s-to-2010s window across a handful of named areas. That matters for us because it means a lot of the doors we see share the same hardware generation - torsion springs on steel track, openers from the same handful of years. It also means household incomes here run well above the national median, which tends to mean people replace a worn opener before it strands them, rather than running it into the ground.

If you're outside this radius, call anyway - we'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense for us to come out or whether you'd be better served closer to home.

Questions

Common questions

How far will you drive for a repair call?

We run regular calls out to about twenty miles, covering Thompson's Station, Chapel Hill, Eagleville, and Nolensville. Springhill, just a mile from our shop, is usually our fastest response. If you're farther out, call and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth the drive for us or if you'd do better finding someone closer.

Do you fix any garage door brand or opener?

We work on the common torsion spring and opener setups found in houses built from the early 1990s through the early 2010s, which covers most of the housing stock here. If your opener is unusual or very old, call first and describe it - we'd rather check parts availability before we promise a fix.

Can I just stop by the shop?

The shop is at 5226 D6 Main St, Spring Hill, TN 37174, but it's a working shop, not a retail counter with set browsing hours. Call 19312039508 before you drive over so we know you're coming and can have someone there to help.
